Relief at last!

Yes... what a rollercoaster it is. I feel much much better today. Fingers hurt a tiny bit, as well as teeth and weird tongue, but all in all, SO MUCH improvement.

I had an appointment at the hospital this morning for a laser treatment. It's a way to prevent and heal the mucositis I have. By the way, I made a mistake in the previous post. I've had a grade III mucositis. All this new vocabulary! So what they do is basically use a laser in your mouth and all over your tongue. You don't feel a thing and need to redo it several times, but apparently it heals the ulcers in your mouth. The doctor doing it to me today smiled when I asked her how it works. It just works, she said, we just haven't figured out how it works exactly. Alright...

Back home now. Later today I have a scan of my breast to see what's going on inside. Hopefully it's good news...
