Since yesterday I've been feeling pretty light headed, but not that well, actually. It's a weird feeling. It's like I think I feel well, when I'm just sitting there, and then, I try to stand up and do something, and it feels heavy and difficult, and my breath is short and I sweat.
Today I fainted. I tried to do something easy, which needed a bit of concentration, and all of a sudden, I can't see a thing and I'm lying on the floor. I think it's because I haven't eaten that much in three days, and even though I woke up starving last morning, I couldn't eat a thing.
Anyway, I can only go UP from here. Every day feels like I'm gaining more energy and it helps to move forward. Just need to keep it up...
Oh dear Sali, you must try and eat little and often to keep your blood sugar levels high. Do you have Lucozade in Belgium? that is high in glucose. or a power drink of some sort might help. Please take it easy, you don't want to hit your head if you faint and have more problems :(

Don't they have any suggestions from the hospital what light food you might be able to eat that will keep your strength during those days? Maybe a light soup or something? Mary's suggestion with power or energy drinks is certainly good. But it has to be easy to the stomach.
